Send Deletion Request Email:

Compose an email from your registered email address to support@savezapp.co

Subject Line: "Kalash Account Deletion Request."

Wait for a response from our support team confirming the initiation of the account deletion process. This email may include additional instructions or a timeline for completion.

Raise Deletion request via App Follow these steps to request the deletion of your Kalash account via mobile app. Steps:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click on Profile icon on the top left

  3. Choose Help and Support and Click Raise a Ticket

  4. Under Issues, choose “Request account Deletion” and Submit

Important Notes Account deletion is an irreversible process. Make sure to back up any important data before initiating the deletion process.

Please allow 14 business days for the completion of the account deletion process.
